Schools invest in training. Most of it doesn't survive the term.
I partner with school leadership teams to design professional learning that actually changes classroom practice — not just completion rates. Practical, embedded, and built to last beyond the workshop.
The School Partnership Model
Most schools don't have a training problem. They have an adoption problem. Professional development happens — but practice doesn't change, because there's no structure to support it after the session ends.
The School Partnership model combines a focused workshop with coaching sessions and a light-touch adoption review — so that what gets started actually gets embedded. The goal is consistent practice across classrooms, reduced initiative fatigue, and improvements that survive staff turnover.
Each partnership focuses on one priority area:
What I offer schools
Focused support across four areas — each designed to strengthen practice, not add to workload.
Coherent, concept-driven curriculum that supports understanding and progression. Aligned to IB, Common Core, British Curriculum, and national frameworks.
Clear structures that support shared direction and sustained improvement — from strategic planning to AI governance and staff accountability frameworks.
Professional learning that strengthens classroom practice through shared language, instructional coaching, and routines that stick beyond the training day.
Assessment and data practices that support informed decisions — moderation, implementation tracking, and dashboards designed for leadership use.
How I work with schools
Delivery is shaped around your school calendar and staff workload. The goal is adoption — not overload. Every engagement starts with a conversation about what your school actually needs.
Workshops, coaching sessions, learning walks, and planning intensives delivered in your school. Whole staff, phase teams, or leadership groups.
Live webinars, virtual workshops, and coaching calls. Effective for cross-campus teams or schools that prefer flexible scheduling.
On-site launch paired with virtual coaching and support between sessions. The recommended model for sustained behaviour change.
Micro-modules, toolkits, and role-based pathways teachers can work through independently. Useful for onboarding and continuous learning.
Ready to start a conversation?
The first call is a discovery conversation — about 30 minutes. No pitch. I listen to what's happening in your school and whether I'm the right person to help.
