Through this transition project, over 1000+ users successfully transitioned from fragmented, personal workflows and communication system, to a structured, predictable and scalable Google ecosystem.

The project delivered a unified external system with clear workflows, defined roles, standardized templates, risk and budgeting tools, aligned stakeholder communication, centralized documentation, trained staff, and embedded evaluation. The outcome was safer, consistent, and high-impact learning experiences.

This project involved the design and facilitation of large-scale online professional learning for educators participating in a Making Thinking Visible (MTV) program developed by Project Zero.
